If you place an order with us for a product or any form of consultation you will be assumed to have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions and those shown in the T&C section of the payment site.
We endeavour to respond to all orders or bookings within 48 hours, but there may be circumstances where this is not possible so please bear with us if it takes a little longer on occasion.
If you are booking any form of reading please be aware that the validity of information gained by either psychic or astrological means is disputed by many and that the use of any information provided to you by these means is entirely your responsibility and that we can give no guarantees as to either the validity or accuracy of such information.
Once a booking for any form of reading has been confirmed with you, i.e. a date and
time has been agreed or work has started on a astrological analysis, then a cancellation
fee may be charged if you subsequently cancel your booking. The amount of any cancellation
